DataVoice has announced the release of Libra & Nexus Version 14 (V14), a major platform upgrade designed to enhance operational visibility, compliance reporting, and trusted evidence management for mission-critical and regulated environments.

The latest version expands the DataVoice platform beyond interaction recording by introducing live operational awareness, enabling organisations to monitor communications, locations, and operational activity in real time while maintaining evidential integrity and secure auditability.

Key new capabilities in Version 14 include live radio location tracking and mapping, advanced geofencing with automated alerts and reporting, enhanced analytics, and support for Amazon Connect recording, allowing secure capture of voice and chat interactions from cloud-based contact centres.

V14 also introduces resilience and security enhancements for Motorola radio environments, alongside improved hierarchical access management and multitenancy designed to support large multi-agency and service-provider deployments.

"V14 brings live operational awareness and trusted evidence together in one controlled platform, helping control rooms reconstruct incidents and improve operational visibility. This supports faster decisions, safer responses, and accountable outcomes," says Gerhard Taljaard, Head of Product at DataVoice.

The release strengthens DataVoice’s positioning across radio, cloud, and hybrid communication environments, providing organisations with a seamless upgrade path that enhances operational insight without disrupting existing deployments.
