V14 also introduces resilience and security enhancements for Motorola radio environments, alongside improved hierarchical access management and multitenancy designed to support large multi-agency and service-provider deployments.

Amazon Connect is now supported in V14, extending DataVoice’s capture capabilities to cloud-based contact centres. Voice calls and chat interactions from Amazon Connect can be securely recorded and managed within the same trusted DataVoice search, playback, and investigation workflows used across on-prem and hybrid environments.
